With years of hands on experience, Justin has been studying the microbiology behind alcoholic fermentation (mostly leaning towards the wild/funky side) as well as studying the microbiology behind food fermentation. During the class a variety of fermented foods and beverage will be available to try as we talk about how these products are made and how you can start doing your own at home!
