This is a blend of a Pediococcus damnosus, Pediococcus pentosaceus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii, 2 strains of Oenococcus oeni, and 4 strains of Brettanomyces bruxellensis. It isn't meant for just Gose style beers but it ended up making one of our favorite Goses!

Attenuation 85-100%

Temp Range - 60F - 78 F

IBU Tolerance - Less then 5 IBU for good lactic acid production
