Halloween Spooky Saison Blend


This blend is a mix of 2 wild Saccharomyces cerevisiae and 1 Saison originated strain, 2 Brettanomyces bruxellensis x2, Brettanomyces anomalus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Lactobacillus brevis, Pichia anomala, and Debaryomyces hansenii. The Pichia, 2 wild Sacc strains, Lactobacillus d, were all caught out of a couple different years of Halloween night coolshipping some beer. This culture produces a complex yet very rustic farmhouse feel type of beer. The Brettanomyces are a mix of fruit and funk, while playing off the Pichia and Debaryomyces odd ball acids and phenols.
