Sake It To Me is a culture which is a sake originated yeast. It can handle upwards of 20% ethanol, but achieving that takes staggered feedings like done in the sake process. You can still use this yeast in beer, but I wouldn't push it over 13-14% as it will start to stall out after that. It makes for an amazing sake strain, so if you've been thinking about starting one now is the time to grab a unique culture! It produces hints of pear, peach and light hints of spice.

Attenuation 75-100%(depending on how its used)
